Manera does not collect a sales call before payment. The product proves itself or it does not. You can cancel from your Stripe billing portal at any time, and we make the cancel flow self-serve — no win-back call, no retention specialist.
After payment, Stripe redirects you to /post-signup?flagship=<your-flagship>, which kicks off the per-flagship onboarding wizard.
Each flagship's onboarding wizard asks you for the bare minimum needed to produce a real, customized intelligence output. The wizard never requests credentials we do not strictly need:
Read-only by default. If a flagship needs write access for a specific feature, you see a separate, opt-in toggle with the exact scope listed.
Once onboarding finishes, the flagship dashboard renders a live first-run report drawing on your inputs. Examples:

Mesh queries are billed at the same flat-rate as single-flagship queries. There is no metered-per-call surprise. Mesh Tier subscribers get unlimited mesh queries.
You will get a daily summary email at 8 a.m. local time covering material moves across the flagships you subscribe to. Configurable per flagship.

Q: Do I need to install anything on my endpoints? No. Manera is web-only. The Cyber flagship works through identity-provider OAuth (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace) and CSPM read APIs (AWS / Azure / GCP). No agent, no kernel module.
Q: Can my team see the same data? Yes. Mesh Tier includes unlimited org seats at the $999/mo price. Bloomberg charges $24K per seat. We deliberately rejected per-seat pricing.
Q: Where does my data live? Customer data is stored in Canadian commercial cloud (Cloudflare R2 + Wise infrastructure for FX-execution data). EU customers can request EU-only residency. See Loi 25 + GDPR + DPA.

Q: What if I cancel? Cancel from your Stripe billing portal — no retention call, no win-back specialist. Data export is available for 90 days post-cancellation. After 90 days, your tenant is permanently deleted (Loi 25 Article 23 right-to-erasure).
