1. Who we are
Manera Technologies is a software-as-a-service product operated by Manera Technologies Inc., incorporated in Québec, Canada (the "Platform", "we").
The Platform is an analysis / information tool. It is not a broker, recruitment agency, dealer, adviser, or agent in any regulated sense. Final decisions rest with the licensed customer using the Platform.
2. Acceptable use
By creating an account you confirm you have legal authority to bind the entity you represent and will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in every jurisdiction where you operate.
3. Subscription + refunds
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Manera Billing. See each product's pricing page for tier-specific SLA and retention clauses. Refunds are processed within 30 business days of a valid written request.
4. What we do NOT do
- We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, or investment advice.
- We do not hold funds, process payroll, or act as an intermediary in any financial transaction.
- We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Our outputs are decision-support, not decisions.
5. Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of the District of Montréal.
7. Changes
Material changes notified to the customer's primary contact at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
