## 2026-05-04 — Wave 27e (afternoon)

- New: `/.well-known/ai.txt` — RFC-style AI use policy disclosure
  (provider, training stance, output policy, crawler policy, contact)
- New: `/sitemap-news.xml` — Google News format sitemap for blog posts
- New: `/learn` — 5 step-by-step HowTo tutorials with HowTo schema:
  - First mesh query · set spend caps · export your data
  - Replace Bloomberg (14-day cutover plan) · compliance evidence pack
- Audit-driven loop closed round 3: 2 P0 + 3 P1 + 2 P2 fixed
  - Sitemap `alt_fr` string-replace bug producing `frcyber` URLs → fixed
    (every fr-CA hreflang in the sitemap now resolves to 200)
  - SHA-256 audit-trail trust-doctrine claim → softened (was overstating)
  - "Anthropic enterprise agreement" → "Anthropic Commercial Terms"
    (factually accurate; passes procurement diligence)
  - All bare `/flagships` references replaced with `/pricing`
  - Stale `static/sitemap-corp.xml` deleted

## 2026-05-04 — Bill 96 + Reality-Checker doctrine

- 44 FR-CA translations live: 9 flagships + 10 KB articles + 5 blog posts +
  6 use-cases + 8 integrations + 1 glossary + 5 mainline pages
  (about/trust/security/press/roi)
- 44 URLs declare bilingual hreflang reciprocity (was 1)
- Adversarial 2-round audit pattern formalized — every claim now backed by
  HTTP/PM2/JSON-LD evidence
- Sitemap is now filesystem-driven for FR availability (never lies)
- /signup, /start-trial routes consolidated to Mesh Tier-branded form
- Fake Review/AggregateRating schema removed from 10 pages (Google manual-action risk eliminated)
- Stale "MANERA FINTECH PLATEFORME" legal name corrected on 17 templates
  → all references now "MANERA TECHNOLOGIES INC."
- Integration `Service` schema gains `availability` flag (InStock for Stripe/Wise,
  PreOrder + ISO date for the 6 native-Q4-2026 vendors)

## 2026-05-03 — Wave 24 close-out

- /demo (6 flagship simulators), /book (calendar form), /chat (pre-sales),
  /nps (survey + admin) all live
- /tools (3 free tools: sanctions exposure, AI security checker, treasury stress test)
- /trust expanded (sub-processor list, SOC 2 status, DPA download instructions)
- mesh-alerter end-to-end verified, support-tickets DB + IMAP poller wired
- pm2-logrotate installed (10MB cap, 14d retention)

## 2026-05-02 — Margin moat closed

- Prompt-cache coverage 38% → 78% across portfolio
- shared/usage_governor.py 7-tier matrix
